We started Noir & Brew because we believed coffee deserved the same reverence as fine wine. Every bean we source has a name, a farm, an altitude, and a story. We roast in small batches twice a week so nothing sits stale on a shelf.
Our roastery is open to the public. Come watch the process, ask questions, and leave with a bag that was roasted that morning.
